Fleming's aged USDA prime briskets are taken from the top 10% of all fed steers in the USA then wet aged to perfection in vacuum sealed bags for a minimum of 60 days. This ensures that every steak we deliver is moist, well marbled, and flavorful, with unmatched age, tenderness, and quality.

A staple of Texas BBQ, the brisket is cut from the breast of the steer. It is flavor packed and known for being one of the best cuts to slow cook, whether brazing or smoking. 

Briskets are packer trimmed and average 16 lbs each. The typical brisket will provide approximately 30 adult servings. Prices below are per brisket.
