  • 2 Racks St. Louis Style Spare Ribs
  • 20Lbs Fresh Ham Roast OR Pork Cutlets 
  • 40Lbs of assorted Sausage (This includes Our Famous Smoke Sausage, Or Breakfast Pan Sausage)
